Adding to the quiet rural charm of Southborough are numerous winding scenic roads, often shared with bikers, hikers, and horses. The village center has seen minimal change over the last century and the town wants to keep it that way. Although there are two prestigious private boarding schools in Southborough, the town is well known for its excellent public school system. Most people that move to Southborough do so because of the schools and the location.
